Foundational: Minerals, PH Balance and Structured Water
Introduction. These 3 metrics are inter- related and optimizing them is foundational for good health and rejuvenation! Food production, including organic, rarely factors in mineral content. In additions, minerals are often missing or combined with chemicals in drinking water. Urine PH should be on average alkaline and is negatively impacted by lack or certain minerals in our water and in our food.
Minerals: This metric assumes there is an optimal balance foundationally supporting your health. This one tests on a negative 100 to positive 100 scale over an average of the last month, with positive results being desirable. It is not always a case of needing 'more' particularly in the case of iron (needed but in high levels supporting 'oxidated stress' and calcium. Minerals are needed for all processes including efficient mitochondrial operation. There is extensive lab testing for minerals which you are encouraged to engage with though it is suggested you are clear on whether the test is the mineral in the blood or the tissues. A good reference on mineral in the body and preferred sources is Cure Your Fatigue by Morley Robbins; while a good reference for minerals in the soil in various 'zones' around the world is Harold Foster, PHD.
Minerals tested: calcium, copper, iodine (not a mineral but important), iron, magnesium, potassium, selenium, silica, sodium, trace and zinc.
PH. This one is not without controversy but one that has been of importance to me assessed as a 'body balance' factor in my dowsing. Significantly my PH increased from acidic to aklkaline when I made changes in my diet with a key one being limiting sugar. The dowse on this is as an average of the last 30 days on a negative 100 to positive 100 scale, with positive readings being desirable. This can be quantified as a specific reading through 'urine PH' by a PH test strip or pool PH meter. Note this is not blood PH which your body will maintain at 7.35 to 7.45. Note too that by increasing bio-photonic foods in your diet and drinking mineralized, structured water that your PH will rise.
Structured Water. Spring water is a great source of structured water if available to you (and tested for a healthy mineral content). Structuring is a natural phenomenon that provides a 'live' structure and along with the appropriate minerals provides the best starting point for healthy hydration. There are various processes you can research to structure water. And there are natural products that will provide with the minerals you need. Note that when you are drinking reverse osmosis water it will have a low PH of around 5.5 and has no mineral content and is 'dead' in terms of structure. And note further that when you eat out or get a coffee, you will be getting a low quality water content. The dowse on this is 'quality' of water you are getting to support your optimal health over the last 30 days on a 0 to 100 scale with 100 being optimal. This is foundational and key to improving health and supporting rejuvenation processes.
